This little etude for the intermediate pianist uses the chord changes (major, minor, suspended chords, secondary dominants, augmented 6ths, etc.,) that appear in the original etude.   The sweeping arpeggii have been replaced with closed position chords and retain the original ground bass of the Chopin etude.
