Product Description

"Something" is a song by the Beatles, written by George Harrison and released on the band's 1969 album Abbey Road. It was also issued on a double A-sided single with another track from the album, "Come Together".

"Something" was the first Harrison composition to appear as a Beatles A-side, and the only song written by him to top the US charts before the band's break-up in April 1970. The single was also one of the first Beatles singles to contain tracks already available on an LP album.

I have arranged it for standard clarinet quintet of 3 Bb, alto and bass. (A 4th Clarinet part is provided as an alternative to the alto)

I have transposed it from the original key of C to Eb: this is a better key for the clarinet player.
The melody is shared around, rather than all to clt.1
The guitar solo is shared between clarinet 3 and clarinet 1.
The mp3 is that solo.
Check out my other Beatles arrangements for different instrument groups:

Other Beatles songs I have arranged are: Here Comes the Sun, Eleanor Rigby, Yesterday, Strawberry Fields Forever.

The video is my brass quintet arrangement.

Hope you enjoy them!
