Product Description

Nigel Hess wrote the theme and score for the 1992 ITV production based on the "Maigret" novels of Georges Simenon starring Michael Gambon.

The instrumentation included keyboard which shoiuld be able to play both piano and accordian sounds, which gives the stereotypical 'French' flavour. The clarinet and 'accordian' parts feature solos sections that maintain the style.
