The hymn tune names are CRUSADERS' HYMN or ST. ELIZABETH or SCHÖNSTER HERR JESU or ASCALON. The words "Fairest Lord Jesus" or "Beautiful Savior" are for general use. The arrangement is by John R. Knox with verses 3, 4, and 5 added by Richard Giszczak.
