Product Description

Just A-Wearyin' For You is a piano solo arrangement of the 1901 hit pop song by Carrie Jacobs-Bond, which was originally a ballad for voice and piano. This 12 bar melody was once the most famous tune in the world.  I have kept that tune intact but set it to a flowing accompaniment that is part Classical and part New Age.  Because the melody was so short I created an extended bridge between the verses.  I didn't want anything to compete with that beautiful first section, so I created a solo Left Hand countermelody for the bridge.  An expressive piece of sheer beauty from beginning to end.
