Product Description

Antoine Francisque composed Le Tresor d'Orphee for solo lute in the year 1600. Robert Edward Smith selected movements of the lute pieces and arranged them for viola and harpsichord or piano. The movements are mostly dances of a style that was popular in the Renaissance, and which remains charming and beautiful today. The arrangement is not difficult for the viola nor for the keyboard. The playing time is about 8 minutes.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
