Rushing Water is a single from Sting's 15th studio album The Bridge, which was released in November 2021 on A&M Records.
This arrangement was published before then, so we don't know much more about it.
 
Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner, better known as Sting is a singer-songwriter from North-East England who first found fame singing and playing bass with chart-topping band The Police from 1977-1984. He went solo in 1985.

This arrangement for string quartet is a relatively straight-forward idiomatic transcription in the same tonalities as the original recording, so you could even play along with it for fun.

The level is on the easier side of "advanced"; quickly rehearsed by professional quartets and an accessible challenge for experienced students.
