Written for solo piano, a musical depiction of the world's struggle with Covid 19, the deadly corona virus that has closed almost everything and taken the world's citizens away from their daily routines is told.  The piece begins with mysterious intrigue, much as the disease did as it began to sweep across the globe.  The music gets faster and agitated as more and more people find suffering amid the confusion.  There are breaks of calm  that give the listener a chance to breathe, and try to evaluate his or her life in dealing with the virus.  A prayerful hymn-like tune drawing upon rhythms from earlier places in the music brings the piece to its conclusion.
