Product Description
This is an arrangement of an excerpt from "An der schönen, blauen Donau" ("The Blue Danube"), op. 314, by Johann Strauss II. This version is written for piano four hands which can be performed as a piano duet or duo. It is in the original key so it can be played with recordings as a reference.
Ideal as a pedagogical piece. Can be played as a concert piece in studio recitals.
For Piano 1: Left hand is played one note at a time, with a few hand position movements. Right hand has a maximum of two notes at a time. Fingers are written in to easily follow.
For Piano 2: For teacher or early-intermediate student.
Easy for beginner-intermediate students to listen and follow along with a teacher or duet partner. Great way to introduce students to the key of D major.
