Product Description

These Christmas Carol duets for clarinet and saxophone are for beginner
saxophone level and intermediate to advanced clarinet. They were arranged
from my teaching of beginner to developing stage woodwind students as a clarinetist/teacher.
There are also sets for flute duet and clarinet duet.
The lead melodic voice interchanges between clarinet and sax.
The parts are scored to enhance the similarities of instrumental tone and create a harmonic mix
in keys basic to each instrument. Saxophone is scored in Mid-range  from low D to G1.Clarinet is in range of low E to C2.
Silent Night is in two sections: (in Bb) ¾ slowly, reverently with Sax lead. (in Eb) 6/8 spirited with clarinet lead.
O Come All Ye Faithful (in F)
Away in a Manger (in Eb) Clarinet lead
Joy to the World (in Bb) has optional first 4 measures- either melisma tic, or unaltered
We wish you a merry Christmas (Bb) Clarinet lead

Solo versions for Saxophone are also included for : Silent Night, O Come All Ye Faithful, and
Joy to the World.
