A fun Flute Duet meant to be entertaining but also provide ample opportunity to showcase the considerable talents of the two performers through the use of various styles, extended ranges and extended techniques. In other words, just because its entertaining, its still a serious piece! This composition was inspired by Earl Hagens iconic theme from the Andy Griffith Show. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Flautist Extraordinaire, the incredible Sara Andon for her input and inspiration.  Written with the Advanced Intermediate to Advanced Flautists in mind. This audio file does not actually replicate the extended technique precisely.
