When you have found what you are looking for, and are happy with the preview of the music or video that you are buying, you are ready to buy.

The first step is to click on the Add To Basket button to the right of the page you are viewing. If you cannot see this button, you may need to scroll to the right or up/down to see it. You can add as many titles as you like to the basket before proceeding to the checkout.

When you are ready to buy, review the items in your basket (you can access your basket at any time by clicking the View Basket button in the top-right of each page), and click the Continue To Secure Checkout button.

If you are a new customer, click the Continue As A Guest button on the right, and enter your name and address details exactly as they appear on your credit/debit card statement. You also need to enter a valid email address so we can email you your receipt, and choose a password so you can access your orders from our site in the future.

You can then proceed to the payment details page where you enter your card details. Please ensure that you correctly enter your card type, your 16 digit card number, your 3/4 digit Card Security Number, and if applicable, your issue number. Your order will then be processed when you press Place Secure Order. On the following screen you will be given a link to access your order from - this can be accessed in the future by clicking on the Your Account link within our site, and entering your email address and chosen password under the Returning Customers box.
